When Beatrice asks you a question, trust the first word or thought & say it - it gets easier and easier the more you do it. Beatrice will ask you to describe what you are experiencing - so hone in on what you are feeling, seeing, touching, smelling, hearing, vibrant colours, movements and all sensations! This brings you easily away from the analytical part of the brain to the right side which helps bring you deeper and deeper into your relaxed state to help you in your session.3. When you describe your experience, simply describe every single detail you can picture and imagine! The more you describe, the clearer the picture/story becomes & remember, everyone experiences quantum healing differently. The more information you offer, the more information comes - It's as simple as that! If you're experiencing something that you haven't mentioned yet, do tell! Your Higher Self/Subconscious Self will be directing your attention to something important that they want you to know. The practitioner can't see what you are seeing/experiencing, so the more information you give, the deeper awareness of the story you get to have.
